These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the bc4444 website at https://bc4444.bet and any related mobile or desktop interfaces. These Terms are subject to change at bc4444's sole discretion. We will notify registered players of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date shown above. Continued use of the platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To open and use a bc4444 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Own Funds Only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you legally. Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

bc4444 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges, which are outside bc4444's control. • Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one bc4444 account, whether under your own identity or another person's, is prohibited.

bc4444 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time without notice. In all cases, bc4444's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
